My point that you seem to be missing is that Glen asked Kenya "what's that for?" As in why he was being told to leave by his Aunt, so Kenya answered his question. She didn't confront him out of the blue about why he was being escorted out.

Her behavior was not an issue and there is no reason it should correlate to the incident with Glen.
