Brandy just released an old school and catchy record.. nothing
if meghan sung Beagin and Pleadin.. it would have been the greatest thing in the industry....

We have an official Black chart as well as in CD Stores there is section for Black music, encompassing what the U.S. would call R&B and hip hop (ergo urban radio).

There are plenty non-blacks on the Deutsche Black Charts. The chart is not for black people but for the genre which they call Black, in German the word for black is "schwarz", so we don't think of color when we hear Black, people immediately think of a type of music. It's a loan word that now describes a genre. It doesn't mean the color black.
