The officer should have still been reprimanded in some way.
But she was being very disrespectful to him, she has something against the cops and that was pretty evident throughout their entire exchange.

I think once she got disrespectful he had the right to correct her in some way. A police officer still should be shown some level of respect for the service they provide. He was in the wrong, but she could have done a better job of keeping her cool. It's like she couldn't wait to go back out and confront him for being in the wrong.

I just don't think this was as funny as the narrator makes it seem. Hehe! Haha! I'm sure racism played a big part in him thinking she took his money, and being so adamant about it even when the manager confirmed he was wrong.

She was being aggressive and loud with him so I can see how a department found a reason to overlook it. Let me stress the fact that I personally think he should've been canned. But she gave a reason for him to say he felt threatened in some way. Of course he really wasn't, but I'm sure his lawyer or representative fought tooth and nail to blame that girl for this.

She got her coins though. Hope she put them to good use. And I hope her family gives her better tips on how to handle police officers. Because running in their face to curse them out will never end well. They have weapons in their holster. I try to remember that.

It's like running to your boss, hype as hell being disrespectful to them about how they were wrong about something they accused you of. Yeah, they may have been in the wrong, but just remember the cards that they hold once everything is said and done. Some people are more than happy to roll those dice and don't give a fuck. Personally I care and try my best to respect authority, it's just the way I was raised.

I do think there's a way to give a "IN YO FACE" without actually being in their face. lol

!!!!!!

All of this. I started to cringe when she said "I don't like police now way, they shouldn't have took my brother to prison"

um sis ... did your brother break the law? :uhh:

and you're right, in either case, sis wanted to mouth off to someone with mace in his hand and a gun in his holster. She should have known that him spraying her into that corner was the only logical outcome. Keep calm and wait for your mother to come handle it.

One Of Those Nights.

I always hated that damn narrator. I've seen a couple of these on YouTube. No matter what race or what happens, he's kii'ing along. One time a skateboarder fell and snapped his leg backwards and the narrator still talked like this.

What I don't get is I was always taught to just listen to cops, don't argue back, and deal with it once your parents come or a lawyer. She handled it wrong. It never ends well for a black person to act like that with the cops.

With that said, that cop should've been fired and she should've gotten more than 60K. What gives him the right to act like that, come behind the counter & all that. Not surprised he got away with it. He did everything a cop isn't supposed to do.

Opposites Attract.

According to the actual law, Cops do not have more authority than a civilian. Theyre basically enforcements of law. You should be able to say whatever you want under the 1st Amendment Right. Your laws aren't stripped just because a police officer is around.

I really wish my people knew their rights. That's so important these days.

It's unconditional, these days you know....

Barbie Dangerous

Come thru for the 60k but he should have been fired as well.
