From what I remember, I think this happened back when Afro was still the admin of the board. There was a lot of mess going on between the 2 boards so Afro & the admin over there linked up to try and squash it. As a result they agreed to have a thread on each board for the other artist. I remember the Monica thread rule being implemented after Afro banned her name from even being used on the board after she mentioned the fight her and Brandy had during one of the IABTM interviews.
