Can someone explain to me why the word "lifestyle" is offensive?

Because it's suggesting that being gay is a choice and it's fucking not

But the definition of the word says nothing about choice from what I've read. Can someone define it.

and u can have friends that you LOVE but you personally dont agree with EVERYTHING they do

she may have views on sexuality--we cant be offended by her views

if she loves us gays and treats us no different than the next then its fine IMO
same with having overweight friends. I dont agree with not taking care of your body and just STUFFING your face but I can love you and support no matter what lifestyle you choose to live. And I will view you as no less than the next person. One of my best friends is obese.


Same kinda concept IMO.

But i think the biggest issue with the whole thing is JUDGING and trying to formulate an opinion on someone ELSE's life. We all have our own journey and things. I dont think if she was asked this that she'd come out and say some mess like this. She has her views but shes a loving and nonjudgemental type of person.
