They said I had to have a qualified reason with proof (illness, cancelled flight, etc). I can't take the time off from work because I need those hours to visit my family this summer. They said that isn't a covered reason.  I was out of my mind when I bought that ticket! Brandy was so great when I saw her in NYC, I wanted to experience it again.
