azealia is full of shit. this is the same bitch that came for sarah palin until she threatened to sue?.the very next day wrote a damn book report on how sorry she was and how much they are both alike, and how much she actually likes her in order to not get taken to court. that bitch is here for shock value because the industry isn't here for her. her fuck up attitude got her black balled. talking shit about others & it came back to bite her in the ass when she needed them.

yummy

QuoteBut I have to be honest, I preferred the old Beyonc?. The less inflammatory, agitating one.

The one who didn?t play the race card so deliberately and to my mind, unnecessarily.

The one who wanted to be judged on her stupendous talent not her skin color, and wanted us all to do the same.

fuckin ew

see, THIS is exactly why so many black entertainers play it safe when it comes to activism and addressing sociopolitical issues, fear of pissing of the pale gorls. I had my initial judgments about her newfound social awareness, but this is a prime example of why we need more artists of her stature on the front-line.

f @ playing the race card  :uhh: they really do walk around with their heads lodged up their own asses and wanna bring up the race card when someone is telling them they need to remove it

also pierce can have a seat. i wished there was more shine for the cause on the album, but then a friend of mine said something to me i didn't see at first. everyone is so focused on this whole thing centering around jay z, but some of these songs can symbolized the relationship between black women & america.

they are so scared. her drawing attention to our community's issues, celebrating her blackness and not being so perfect is good to see. the greats of old had no problem calling shit out in their music or in conversation or interviews. it's funny to read people who think like whoever it was that said that. beyonce has never asked to be judged on her skin color. she's being an artist and saying what she feels needs to be said and showing images she feels needs to be shown. the very industry she's in run by  whites does that to her and every female black artist  commercial already. that's why we haven't had a successful brown girl in over ten years. it's a conscious choice by those in charge.

Gilgamesh.

Can't stand since his shady comments at Whitney's funeral.

STING HA, Hive!

That's before she stopped being a pop star and became this political crusader.

Bitch just sing!
