Maybe its my culture though. We eat rice w/ everything so you grow to really enjoy it. Maybe others just aren't preparing it right. But yea, brown rice and red beans for a lil protein >>>>

So uhh...the intermittent fast BOOKED me. Now i have a hard time maintaining the lil muscle mass I had.

Any tips on maintaining or should i just cut the fast?
