I know how to balance mess and chilling
There needs to be a visible mod on the board.. And I'm willing to take on the position
I would be fair to everyone ..
That includes:

The trans
The fats
The fems
The usher

Yes I've been involved in mess but ..... This board was built on that!
I don't hold grudges and I have grown immensely ..

How would you handle certain members you're not fond of and banishment?

Would you give fair warnings? Would you PM them and educate them on the rules?

Because some of the Ci's dont feel SAFE with you possibly being in office

I would Def message them ..
Run the rules down..
If they repeat the mess .. Run it by an admin .. Then ban
I love the Ci's.. And I wouldn't ban anyone based on my personal feelings!

I just feel like that name advocates violence and negativity.

I have a question of my own. To those campaigning.

Situation:
It's a holiday. And MESS is everywhere. One Thread has gotten out of control. 96 pages deep.
There's 5-8 members in that thread who committed MESS that warrants a BAN for ALL of them.

How would you resolve the situation?

How would you resolve the situation?

I would lock the thread and make it clear that if they make a spin off or Carry this mess and/or behavior to another thread .. They will be administered a 3-day ban!

I would review the mess first to be fair. If it's really deep I would lock the thread
and call a meeting with the mods & admins to see how we should proceed as a team.

That way we aren't at odds as staff, and the members can't single out anyone due to personal beef.

My self and PCJ have been meeting with a few companies for funding..
We should have the green light by mid-summer
