I find it hard to believe. They have to be staying in character. New York is so over the top, crying with no damn tears, and her mother is a loon!

Right.  I noticed Sister Patterson smiling and laughing each time Steve called her crazy instead of seeming offended. It has to be because this is just a character to her.

Exactly. New York just so happened to get pregnant and find out about it within the first few days on a new reality show?  She probably brought some fake urine or liquid with her that had the right chemicals or hormones to make it look like she was pregnant.

So she was acting during the whole thing but in that moment she was genuine in saying she wasn't pregnant? U have to have it one way or the other,  u can argue both points simultaneously. They did an ultrasound right there on the screen, but i guess u can argue that was fake too. NY seemed very real on this show, so i believe it.  I also don't think dr jen would just go along. She's credible and respectable
