sometimes actors get tired of certain shows, specially if the quality is that low.
could be that, or Fox didnt give it a third season

It got greenlit for a third season late last year. They already shot the season 3 promo photos.

In a way I wouldnt mind them killing him off tho. He is my least favorite character but I honestly dont think they will. They are just trying to hype up the season finale.

The issue I have with popular black shows on FOX is that the executives get way too involved in the process. I mean ABC lets Shonda do what she does, same with NBC, CBS, etc. FOX telling Lee to possibly kill off a major character is late asf. If a show is doing great, why fuck it up being extra? The show hasn't been the same since they fired the writers of Season 1.

These last two episodes were amazing but it's starting to be corny.
