I don't know one song by Mandy Moore.
No offense at all but, if she was brought in u wouldn't be the demographic she's trying to capture. I know a couple of mandy moore songs and definitely know a couple of movie,  so im sure suzy and amanda would know a couple. And even beyond that,  seeing someone we recognize or can identify with  makes us more comfortable and open to something. I honestly don't feel like THE REAL has that for the common everyday white woman. Mandy moore would be that bridge to carry across some white viewers. But with that said, she's a terrible choice and its not up for debate :dead:

I don't know how to feel about this post (the whole "YOU aren't the demographic" comment), but what I WILL say is that y'all really kill me when y'all try to act like I don't know about anything past ghetto culture. I know Mandy Moore, but never cared enough to listen to her music. Hell I love Jessica Simpson. "In This Skin" is probably one of my favorite albums period. I know you didn't mean to offend me at all, but it's crazy how y'all always limit me to one thing and that's not all I know regarding entertainment. You would be surprised.

AIDS!

Thy have 3 black women on set, what's wrong with one ghetto one?
I mean it's realistic that there would be one 'urban' woman
I thought the hosts were meant to represent every kind of demographic out there
Ah well maybe it's her attitude they ultimately didn't like

But you wouldn't be the demographic,  that's just the truth :dead:
Alot of black people know britney spears but can't name a britney spears song.  Im not saying u can't know who mandy moore is but her brand is not and was not catering to young black males, that's just the truth :plzstop:
U don't have to be offended by that and wave ur "CULTURED" card in my face. Im sure there's white artists that u enjoy, that wasn't my intent.  Im sure there are white people that like K.Michelle or monifah or WHOEVER but when someone makes a decision to use them for something like a talk show, there's an intended target audience that they are meant to capture
This is my pass to say WHATEVER tf I wanna say about the mess she releases so I don't wanna hear SHIT! Baby mama is a mess of a song btw

I get what you mean at the end of the day, though.

Tamar overdoes it though. That clip someone posted in here...the "She tried it" segment made me cringe.

You can be true to who you are without becoming a parody of yourself. And Tamar does that time and time again.
There's a huge difference.

!!! She's like an animated nigger stereotype

I'm not waving any "cards" in your face. But you have to understand that I have this stupid label here as the "ghetto fag", so  when you said, "you're not the demographic" after I said that I didn't one Mandy Moore song, I didn't think you were talking about "young black males", more like "you're too ghetto" so she's not catering to you. I immediately got on the defense because it's like, "Here we go! Scott! Ghetto! Don't know shit about other cultures!"
