Outside of Lisa talent wise TLC was already mediocre to begin with so of course they'd crumble as soon as they lost a member. They were mostly about image/creativity (which was all Lisa) and songs, not some vocal beasts or Janet/Michael level performers.

DCs first two albums = Bey/Kelly
The rest of the albums = Bey/Kelly/Chelle

Nothing even changed musically. The only thing that changed was the body count.
