When I have to use the bathroom, I'd put like 2-3 wipes in a paper towel and stuff it in my pocket.

Not a backpack tho, I carry a leather laptop style bag with that long ass strap so I can criss cross it over my shoulder. Just to give a bit of class :kip:

I never use public bathrooms for #2 if I could help it.Thankfully I live close to work. There's a men brand for the wipes and I have them stacked for filthBut it's not usual for guys, and if so, i don't think most guys would talk about itLolIt's strange that we moved from baby wipes to toilet paper... if anything, we should always use wipes...
