Don't know.
But that's not how I judge Rih's book.
She always passes the 1 million mark just under 12 months after release.
So as long as she goes PLAT in a year, she BOOKED.

She slays with #1s and Top 10s with a PLAT album to match.
That's her slay setup.

Now she may be more of a streaming type of artist and that may explain why she's slaying even more than what she sold as of June 2016.

I do find it rather funny tho considering that  ciara's last plaque came STRICTLY off of streams and Beyonce surely won't see a double platinum plaque without them but OMIT

Her era didn't really start off as bad as yall try and say......well the OFFICIAL era.  The only thing that was really wonky was the initial release.  That's why the 460 thing isn't really funny or even a lashing to me.  The album was released right before the calculation cut off. I mean is that really funny?  It went right to #1 the next week and hasnt left the top 10 since and most of that was top 5 but LOLZ!

well I understood that tidal fiasco.  I'm mainly talking about her having to cancel big performances (I know she was sick) and how she went away from releasing a single and then following with an album immediately. It gave the appearance of disorganization and scrambling.

Especially when Bitch better have my money came and then we had to wait months for something else. They were smart to never explicitly say these were her first singles, but we knew what it was. The singles that were put out, didn't do what they normally do on the charts and she started that recording process over again, or go back to the drawing board.

Nothing was ever a complete disaster, but it was definitely annoying at times. Even just being a casual fan, the unlock/locked rooms and shit I was like girl ...

Well yea that's why i said the OFFICIAL release.  The lead up was kinda everywhere.  Im a fan and i didn't even watch that room mess.  Girl,  just release the album. But even in her missteps she books. A top 20 single,  a top 5 single,  a platinum and double platinum plaque, who else LOLZ!
