Her lawyers are with her.

But they're putting pressure on her to let them know the truth. They're threatening her with charges. My GUESS is that maybe they've promised to keep the punishment minimal if she comes clean. That's the only way I could see a lawyer advising her to tell the tea before they find it out themselves.
