This is why you have to maintain your own sound while jumping on what's hot and fresh

I think that's the difference between him and bey. She stays current but rarely sounds cookie-cutter

And she eventually evolved as an artist beyond the hair flips and corny women empowerment anthems to new sounds.

Usher went from making what was enjoyable (not all that original) music to jumping on whatever is hot for a quick radio hit.

Love Bey, but Sorry is just as radio hit trendy as No Limit
so is Hold Up she even sample Soulja Boy, but Usher cant sample Master P?
