I've been a TLC fan forever.  IMO, they were all beautiful.

All members slayed equally and uniquely to me.  And they all peaked/came into their own at different stages.

Chilli was the pretty girl, exotic one from the beginning.

TBoz began to slay during CrazySexyCool with the short bob, smooth style, and sexiness that made her the star at that time.

Left Eye came into her own as a woman and matured in her looks by the time Fanmail came out.  Really, I think Ladies Night and slaying that MTV Awards sexy costume did it for her.  In Fanmail, the Donnell Jones video, etc, she was really bringing her sexy bohemian, futuristic tea that made her the interesting one visually during that era.

In a nutshell, they all complimented each other and had unique beauty that flourished at different times.

I think Chilli is pretty, but TBoz and Left Eye were more interesting visually, if that makes sense. 

Maybe because Chilli's look has been pretty stagnant the whole time.  But it paid off because she aged incredibly.

Don't get it twisted just because she's now well past her prime.  I think if it were 1995 and you asked most dudes which of the three they'd want, at least half would have said TBoz.  She was smooth with her sexy, and the best dancer.

There is a reason TBoz has always irrefutably been the group's front woman.  She has the IT factor, the intangibles that make her appealing.

And the only other time I remember an iconic haircut elevating someone's style so much is when Rihanna got a similar bob for Umbrella.

I think it's just a matter of preference.  It's the same way a conventional pretty pageant winner is beautiful, a haute couture model might be a different sort of unconventional beauty that looks interesting, and a stylish around-the-way girl might turn heads.  Different beauties.

Best looking group of all time?  I think En Vogue and the original DC slayed, but neither were anywhere as interesting visually or uniquely compelling as TLC.

I wonder how Lisa would have looked by now.  She probably would have went through a locs stage.
