The New York Post has just reported that Brooklyn Assembly Members Annette Robinson [D.-Bedford Stuyvesant] and Darryl Towns [D.-East New York] have introduced a "minimum force" bill that would require officers to "shoot a suspect in the arm or the leg" and to use firearms "with the intent to stop, rather than kill."

I'm fuming 

They are taught to shoot to wound. He was on the damn GROUND

There was no reason for that man to be shot. He was unarmed and already on the ground.

!!!! Officers are trained to shoot to wound, no matter where they're located (LA is an open carry state.) They treated that man like a DOG and now we see that he had no gun in his hand, not was he trying to reach for it. There is NO excuse.

Defense attorneys are going to protect them to the fullest extent of the law. If they don't have any previous infractions, especially, they may do little or no time.
