I saw this 1 bedroom apartment with a dishwasher, stove, fridge, and personal garage for just 1150. The location was amazing too, very suburban but walking distance away from the downtown area where you have all the fancy restaurants, the Ikea, the mall, and the other stores like gap/topshop.
