This definetly wasn't lipped. I probably watched every "Listen" performance night after night back when that tour happened and no two performances of it were ever identical.
Same thing during the I Am Tour:

wai' faded' come through a bit. ACK. sing queen

Much like my other fave, she sings more than one version. Lipped or not
The one in the OP is clearly lipped. Stop
just accept that she does it a lot and move on. It's smart of her to preserve her voice lol
Nah, I can admit when Bee lips. She always lips all of GMB, Love on Top, Freekum Dress, Deja Vu, Ring the Alarm, the bridge of Single ladies on tour just off the top of my head. The pre-records in those performances are always identical, note for note, every single show, and there a very noticable difference in the quality of her actual live voice vs the pre-record.
That said, she does not lip "Listen" on tour.

Changing up the pre-recorded vocal between a handful of spot performances is one thing, but it's foolish to think that she or any artist would attempt to do a completely different pre-recorded vocal for every show of a 2 1/2 hour 100+ city world tour and have to remember to accurately mime along to all of the various minor and major changes made to the vocal every single night, just no. The heffa can barely remember the lyrics half of the time.
The performance in the OP came from the concert dvd, obviously it was professionally shot, edited and polished up for the DVD which might give it a bit of a pre-recorded look but it isn't.
