A Dallas man is seriously hurt after flying out of a water slide and it's all caught on video. David Salmon went down a Lake Travis waterslide and flew out and fell 10 or 15-feet onto some rocks. David broke his arm, several ribs and had lacerations, cuts and bruises on his back.
