hghghjghkghjgghjhfghfghf
this has always been comedy to me...not some 'brilliant' acting performance
It can be both dear
The fact that this terrible shit is occuring on screen
And they are serious as fuck
Yet still manage to turn it into a comedy is pretty amazing
And thats why she got the oscar
except this is not supposed to be a comedy
nnnnn
intentional!
.....i shouldn't be cackling as i'm watching a serious scene about someone getting molested
you are missing the point therein lies the brilliance of the performance
monique is not laughing
no one is making jokes
this isnt a comedy jam
its the script
and only ones who subscribe to dark humor will laugh tbh

even meryl streep said that she was intrigued by how funny some scenes were in doubt
same difference
so stop attempting to try to bring blacks down with your hating black ass and
accept that this was brilliant body of work
funny sad or whatever
drag him, lew
Stewie does appear to be quite the, oh idk... RACIST lol
the dark ones usually are tbh
i mean he himself posted that scene in doubt where she broke down and said oh i have doubts and we all laughed at it
but now it cant be a good dramatic performance if you find it to be comedic as well
and thats only because its a black cast

so yeah he needs to have several african seats

mmhj
i have always always dragged meryl streeps acting.....me posting that scene from doubt and laughing definitely was not meant as praise for her acting...kjkj what kind of logic is that? that scene is as ridiculous as this scene IMO. so i have been very consistent with how i feel about different actors.
viola>>>> meryl...hands down.
The academy disagrees with u
And the same would apply to viola in that same movie
Comedic moments within a serious tone
U were alluding to the fact that because a performance was comedic that it cant be good
We are focused on the fact that dramatic themes can be funny
We are focused on the fact u urself have noticed focused fact 1 ^
We are focused on the fact that u have very little to none critisism of white actors and strong critisism of black actors and shows and movies
And u not liking meryl does not change that
And u liking viola davis does not change that either
These are exeption cases for u not the rule so drop the act
Monique gave a great dramatic performance
That had dark humerous undertones
And she is an oscar winner because of it
U have a history of hating blacks and their culture and that is that
