the key is proper reinvention .... if you want a long career in POP you have to find a way to reinvent yourself and not be corny

Well i think michael and prince are legends but KINDA like that. Legends i focus more on talent and people wanting to emulate them for their talents. Icons are more sales, facts and figures, fashion, good music, etc. I like Rihanna's voice but it's not one that people are gonna be raving about for future generations. It'll be more about what she did and how she had hot music, that's also madonna imo. This is MY thought of legends VS icons, no one has to agree with it and to even bring it up was quite stupid *side eyes that fckn SPIC*
