I sent them back the tickets a month ago and confronted them a week ago about the money not being booked back into my acct. No response. Anybody having tha same issue?

Yes, it's the venues responsibility to refund tickets etc.

No I sent the tickets back to Eventim. On the day it was cancelled they sent me an email which included a R?cksendeformular I just had to fill out.
