Baked some Jollof rice instead of cooking it
It actually turns out a lot better
Not one single burnt grain of rice

now wait a fucking second Kwesi...

not the rice gently simmering in a ceramic pot in the tomato stew, completely surrounded by heat

trying this very soon :ATLcameo:

Im suprised it actually worked lmao
But remember jollof needs steam to cook
So it makes sense that the heat hits the pot from all sides than rather coming from the bottom and burning the rice at the bottom of the pot
And it's so...moist

i threw some ramen noodles in a pot! LMAO!

I love to doctor up my ramen. I put water in a little pot, add salt, red pepper flakes, cumin and smoked paprika or curry power. I add mushroom, green onions, and spinach sometimes. Soooooo good! Try it!  :-D

r u from the hood

Nope!

I'm from Mound Bayou, MS! Proud citizen here! We are historic. Look us up (seriouly do this). I know you were joking, but i wanted to drop that on  you.  Lol  :-D

Back to ramen. I just use the noodles. There's too much sodium and stuff in that seadoning pack so i make my own up.  :dead:
