Aaliyah and Rihanna are the best. Mariah's was needed too tho cause that pubic hair thing she had going on initially wasn't hot

Hers was in small increments, though.  She wore the mid-nineties tomboy look, then tighter pants and midriff, then got a little more girly towards RMD, and then went glamazon supermodel during the final album.  It looked like natural growth.

I think Rih's helped her career most.  She went from Bey knockoff to good girl gone bad.  That haircut and the young fashionista look gave her her own style and niche.  And it gave her an edge, which she still possesses.

Yea this is what i kinda got from each era, a natural progression. Young tomboy, to girl that's starting to recognize her womanliness, to full fledged WOMAN. Still an epic image change but one that i feel like anyone would make just growing as a person in general

I remember Mariah's change during the Butterfly era surprised people, too.

Honey premiered and she went full on sex kitten.  :plzstop:  Before that, her most risky outfit was just denim shorts.
