That's right Bentley.  Tell 'em.  After reading the details of this case, he comes off like the worst kind of guy.  Just because she got sloppy drunk, in his mind that made her seem "easy" and it meant it was okay for him to have NO respect for her life as a human being.

He knew she was fading in and out of consciousness because at first he tried to tell her he was the only one who's had sex with her that night.  He later admitted to his friend being there, too, after she pretended she might be pregnant.  Now why did he think he could get away with telling her it was just him unless she was unconscious throughout most of it?

He is disgusting.  And she was just barely a couple days into her freshman year.  This ruined her college career.  Then it ruined the rest of her unfortunately short life.

You need to READ the transcripts.  She recorded phone conversations with him after he raped her to get him to confess.  The fake pregnancy was on a recorded phone conversation.  The police heard the recorded calls.


Also, she had never slept with him before, but admitted to giving him oral.
