What's weird is they stayed true to the book with the attention to detail and you catch a glimpse of all the little Easter eggs here n there.

But it STILL looks terrible. The design of Pennywise seems parody-ish and there is nothing menacing about it.  but... even through all of the terribleness I might see it.

Andy Muschietti's remake of IT (actually it's Part 1--The Losers' Club) succeeds beyond my expectations. Relax. Wait. And enjoy.
