Ron Harris (producer of "So Emotional") did a siminar earlier this year and he describes the recording process.

- Christina was sent to him for a 3 day recording session, she finished in one day

- Between takes Christina religiously listened to Mariah Carey & Brandy, studying their ad-libs

- Her first verse on So Emotional was her first take and made the record

- She killed the 2nd verse but RCA said it was "too R&B" and made her re-record and tone it down

- Christina was obsessed with Sugar Ray
