Pretty mean and unnecessary, but true I guess

They should've had her open the show. She has more power than even her "team" seems to realize. she didn't have to accept that slot

!!!!!!!!

She def should've opened the show and denied that time slot

MTV is so shady..... and disgusting. Like an article said, why hype up her performance like that just to sabotage her? It's like they purposely set up her up to fail... They knew exactly what they were doing. Anything to spark controversy and comparisons, knowing Brit would get lashed. I hope Brit doesn't even PISS near one of their stages again.

I honestly believe MTV had good intentions by placing her in that slot and thinking she'd come to her VMA glory and work ten times hard to do so because she was following Queen. What she did was.. well... underperform.
:hmph:

I don't agree. They knew putting Brit behind Yonka would spark comparisons and Brit ultimately getting dragged. Y'all were hollering as soon as they said Brit was next. SHSJSJSSJSSSSHHHHHGHHHGG :uhh:

I agree. There were memes immediately after Bey left the stage.
All about how inferior whoever came after her would be.
Anyone that followed her that wasn't going to put on a BIG show was going to get dragged.
