I mean, if people don't use then they just don't use. Personally, I loved the "demonstrate" progressive R&B route because she has the vocals for it. IMO, she's playing it safe with this mess and it's a sound she should have hopped on in 2009. This EDM thing ain't it and that ballad is just ok at best.

I'm personally disappointed
yeah.

The vocals on "Say Love" whewwwww!!

But not the sound that I wanted NOR what she wants. What was the point of getting off a label that wanted to control your sound, only to go to ANOTHER label that did the same?!? Maybe they are too afraid to go too R&B considering the genre's performance  lately on the charts?? I don't know, but I would like an album full of "Demonstrate"s instead. Still love her though.

How you know this isnt what she wants??? kjkj  :dead:

it is safer to go the pop route since she has been gone so long ..go the POP route and slay get her fan base back THEN go the rnb( non selling route) and hopefully those same pop fans will purchase the rnb mess

i actuallly HATED the demonstrate and marvins room rnb mess she did

how cant u guys love Save my soul? its awesome!
I feel some of u are just too used to the same type of music. Expand your ears! lol. Its not all about 'R&B' 'Urban' 'Soul', I mean.... Music is freedom, not a box. Sorry some of u cant feel this. But dont worry guys, the album will have some jems to you too, it just wont be the lead single. Not a big deal

I understand certains songs arent for everyone. But sometimes it seems on here that if a song isnt urban, it isnt good. Thats what I dont get sometimes on the board. Just an impression.

But a song/s not being  loved by everyone is normal, so its fine ;)
