no ma'am @ DRYese being ahead of R. Kelly tho
Kellz gives vocals, I mean, the man took gospel vocals and made them mainstream RnB :dead:

f
U clearly don't listen to gospel because R kelly wouldn't survive in the gospel world. Male gospel singers are skilled AF, even moreso than R&B. R kelly doesn't hold a candle to anyone in this list vocally(besides ginuwhine), let alone some of those male gosoel singers. I swear yall just be talkn :dead:
This is my pass to say WHATEVER tf I wanna say about the mess she releases so I don't wanna hear SHIT! Baby mama is a mess of a song btw

KING BENTLEY.

John is clearly one of the greats of all damn time
I can't even explain, I SHUTTER  :'( :'(

Robert is a little nasal sometimes, and he is not super perfectly clean like Tank.

But Tank does not have the man power and grunts like Robert. And his runs are a little to whimsical sometimes, Robert gives you nice authentic old school runs.

Tyrese is great but he can't go very high, and he often sounds like he is about to die.

Anthony is a brilliant singer, but his tone, I can only take it so much.

John Legend be doing the same thing over and over and over. His voice is always so heavy and slow.

Sisq?'s biggest minus is he can't really give a sweet soft vocal, and work just on tone... And he can't produce super clear notes, like Tyrese struggles to do apparently...

Usher must have the most boring forgettable voice of them all. It just does nothing for me, even prefer a Ginuwine vocal. Usher has no soul to me... I think the only vocal I enjoy by him is his cover of Phil Collins' "You'll Be In My Heart".
:dead: :dead:

I can't with this analysis!

it's ALL wrong Mack wtf :dead:

Point out, where you disagree. I kinda BROKE IT DOWN. tbh

In any way Usher doesn't win...

s
my bad, not ALL wrong... but still

I just don't recall R Kelly being nasally.... ever, and his runs can actually be clean and precise, he and Tank are just two diff styles
Mario is the definition of nasally

Sisqo doesn't give a clean vocal but that's a part of his appeal. He's similar to K-Ci in that respect. They're both inspired by the great Bobby Womack and other soul singers of that time.

He never sounds nasally to me. Do you mean he uses his head voice often? cause he did that a lot in his younger years.

He does have a "Gospel" type voice though
well for like local churches in the south, not like Smokie, Dietrick, Rance & them

King has clean runs tbh. Someone made an edit of him doing that long run on IBICF to 9 mins. It went viral and a lot of people really thought he held it for that long cause it sounded that clean.
