There hasn't been a successful girl group in a very long time. The last was PCD and that 'group' label is a joke. Nobody remembers a name but Nicole.

5H is successful

I believe June can easily become the R&B versions of them

They have more talent too

It sounds like the label us patterning them after how they did 5H

We've become so microwaved with short attention spans; but let's not forget they started with an EP as well and it took them MONTHS before they really became popular .

Fifth Harmony was formed in July of 2012
And their EP didn't come out until over a year later -- October 2013

Now look at them.

These girls will be fine and they have the TALENT to really book
