Brandy or any artist honored could perform whatever the hell they want.
The Award is "Lady of soul" not lady of 90s hits.

Performing just old songs have been done to dead. And that would only show the audience that she's just performing her old music over and over. She has to take advantage somehow. Someone like Beyonce, just to name one example, would definetly take advantage. Thats for DAMM SURE, lol.

Its really dumb that performing unknown songs is even being discussed, terrible idea.

I think a medley of past hits and possibly a new song would be ideal. But if she's not promoting new music, I think it's safe to say she will be performing her past hits and singles. I don't think there's any advantage in Brandy performing album cuts.
