If there are many definitions according to you, how is mine wrong? lol Many therapists and psychologists have spoken about how jealousy can be a good thing. It is a natural emotion. People are going to be jealous. One of my favorite books by an author called David Burns talks about it as well through cognitive therapy. Again, it's not always nasty.

If your friends are progressing in life and you're still stuck in the same place, you're going to feel some kind of way naturally. You can still be happy for them, but still you're going to be a little bit envious and that is okay.

And tho i don't recall being jealous of too many people in my life, the thread SPECIFICALLY asks if uve been jealous of FRIENDS. It aint talking about being jealous ever, at any point in ur life. Some of ya'll just be talkin to talk
