Twice during the SS era and once during Code Red Tour. I agree with the long note thing but it honestly doesn't bother me like that. And as it concerns her yelling WHAT and turning the mic to the crowd......The shows I've attended and seen online....I love it.....mostly because the crowd responds like a fucking mass choir word for word.
