But who doesn't know Phaedra knew what Apollo was doing? 

Phaedra was just happy somebody finally CHOSE her ugly ass.  When Apollo got with her, she was a lonely country chubby girl with low self esteem and a reputation as the "head doctor".  'Pollo preyed on that and used her as a front to do all kinds of crime & mess.  When Apollo was on house arrest, when they met, she was sleeping on a mattress on the floor in his 1 bedroom apartment in the projects.

I coulda sworn phadrea said she called her and she didn't answer or reach back out .. Also phadreas stuff was all in the news kandi knew and did nothing ..
