But since Reservoir Media now own the publishing of everything Aaliyah released after AANBAN, why don't they re-issue all the music digitally (Apple, Spotify,...) and physically. Maybe remaster it while they're at it.

They should def re-issue OIAM and self-titled on vinyl. People literally spend $100 to $200 to get a worn out used first pressing on Discogs. :guys:
I mean, they re-issue the Back & Forth single or the debut album on vinyl every other year and they sell like hot cakes just cause it's Aaliyah. Now imagine her most popular and loved records being sold. The potential to make money alone. I just don't get it. :melmel:

Since ya talking about Loose Rap, ya think it would?ve performed better than WNAR as the 1st single since it was supposed to be originally? I was thinking about that the other day listening to the song, def would?ve been more radio friendly

I personally loved the edginess of WNAR. I've never heard something like that before. It made me highly interested in what Aaliyah has to offer, whereas before that song I was more of a casual Aaliyah fan.
But yeah, maybe a double single woulda been nice. :ohwow:

WNAR was kinda... unexpected

But like Squid said Reso' was kinda... EDGIER as far as singles go

Barbie Dangerous

We Need A Resolution
If Your Girl Only Knew
One In A Million
I Care 4 U

GRAND ETERNAL SUPREME

CREAM.

I mean Rock The Boat should have been the first single but mess

And I love WNAR to death.

But I respect her artistry and the fact that she just did her. It was a slick and innovative reintroduction back into music after 5 years.

CREAM.
