I feel sis on this. I workout at least 3x/week and for convenience, braids are efficient. I'm not sure if you all realize that black women often choose between their health (working out, sleeping properly, relaxing hair, etc) and their beauty (maintaining hair style) on a daily basis.

With that being said, Its doable. I think It's part preference for her and part maintenance. She's better than me. I'd be damned if a MTFK told me how I should rock my crown. Lol
