Does anybody else not eat for pretty much the entire day in preparation for the meal?  Imma workout and eat a bowl of cereal to hold me over until later. I shouldn't be this excited over food

I'm just eating little small ass bowls of mess every couple of hours. I'm about to go jogging at the river walk in a little bit. I can't really avoid all this damn food so I'm just gonna try and consume little portions. Hopefully I can stick to that
