When is she not most talked about? She has been most talked about every year she's released an album! The problem is, the album sales not living up to the hype not the propaganda the media sets forth. Kayne already exposed her for lobbying for awards, so she probably has the press on speed dial. You also forgot the shock and awe of Lemonade, that basically sold the album because it wasn't the singles...
