You don't know who's going to take what part, what key the song is started in and it also depends on what version everyone is singing or knows.

With no rehearsal you gotta just try to wing it and get in where you fit.. it's not like they totally just BOMBED. Collectively their tone and sound is still very well rounded

This is not just going to be a June's Diary failure if the group does nothing.  It's a Kelly Rowland and Frank Gatson failure, because the group is their baby.  It seems they didn't even think about what to do with the group after the first season of the show. 

Diddy had an ongoing deal with MTV, and he had a record label.  So he signed his groups and at least put out a first album. Kelly and Frank had no game plan.

Now, they are talking about putting together a male group.  No thanks.  Not until you get the girls together, first.
