Ray, why do you think Usher never lipped his uptempos?

It frustrates me so much that he, TO THIS DAY, will always sing live even when doing all that choreography.  I think it really has hurt his live performances over the years.  It's commendable, but I hate that he refuses to lip to give PERFORMANCE! 

Sometimes, it's not about the VOCAL.  Captivate the audience!  That one thing has made so many of his performances over the last 10 years lackluster.

but IDK, he lipped a few times during Here I Stand era and ppl dragged him then

What did he lip that era?
