She gives a dark cloud over her because she is the one who was being molested and not believed and dealt with the drama for years of her life.

But she has been telling a sob story for the past 15-20 years. I just want her to get it all out and then try to heal and move forward. Not saying that this is the case but it can sometimes come off as if she's looking for sympathy.

Then again, I'm not in her shoes and I haven't been through half of what she's been through, so my perception could very well be wrong.

Y'all should already know the story. Someone who worked with DC came out with the story a year ago.  She was molested by her step dad.  Her mom pretended it was a lie. Mathew and the whole group knew about it, but none of the adults did anything.  Then Mathew kicked her out of the group, sending her right back into that horrible family situation. 

No wonder she ended up with alcohol issues and low self esteem.
