Do you brush your teeth before or after breakfast?

I be at the breakfast table ; breath roaring and all


To me it's just makes most sense to have your breath and mouth as fresh and clean as possible before stepping out.

you're ok with eating with a mouth full of bacteria?

bacteria collects in your mouth as you sleep and eating before brushing, your just swallowing that bacteria

And if I do do it before for some odd reason then I at least gargle and rinse before I step out.

But most times it's vice versa.
