The Dirty Army: Nik, rapper T.I. has been slapped with divorce papers by his wife Tiny... following 15 years+ together and 3 children... with their most recent child being born only a few months ago.

According to court records, Tiny aka Tameka Cottle filed for divorce from T.I. ? real name Clifford Harris ? in Georgia Court on December 7th.

Based on the docket, it appears Tiny is not only seeking a divorce from the rapper but wants the entire marriage annulled.

T.I. has yet to respond to the divorce in court.

T.I. and Tiny have been together since 2001 and were married in 2010 during a Miami Beach ceremony. They share 3 children together with Tiny giving birth to their most recent daughter Heiress in March.

The couple have starred on VH1?s T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle for five seasons with the latest season finale airing only a few months ago.

The relationship hasn?t been smooth over the years with the couple being arrested for possession of a controlled substance ? ecstasy ? following a 2010 traffic stop in Los Angeles.

Last year, the couple was hit with 2 massive tax liens accusing them of screwing over the IRS to the tune of $6,211,424.76. Both liens remain active in Georgia and have yet to be released by Uncle Sam.
