The church's population of black men (with a smaller percentage being gay) is kinda the minority. Elderly ppl and women make up majority of the black churches population. Him saying "black gays love the church" would mean a majority of black gay men do and that's not even remotely true. There are some in the church, yes but most black gay men couldn't be bothered. You could look to this forum as an example.
