Sometimes I feel like a hypocrite.

I support the BLM and go hard for our black men getting killed in the streets by police

But I do think we need to do better if we are ever going to be taken seriously

The black on black crime argument white people use wouldn't exist if it wasn't happening.

It really does need to stop.

A black girl in my hometown fresh out of highschool about to start her life was killed by some gang because they wanted her jeep.

Like how is anyone ever going to take use seriously when we're doing shit like this to our own people?

Are any of us in the gang, sis? Once black ppl stop feeling responsible and guilty for shit other black people do maybe we can get somewhere. Because while that is tragic (and probably fabricated), I guarantee you if these were white gang members, that situation wouldn't compel any of the white ppl to speak on the state of their race as a whole. It's brought up because we're the only race that demands justice for the killing of our people but we don't do the same when we're killing each other

Cops shouldn't be able to kill defenseless people and they need to be held accountable
