Not sure if many or even any of you remember her but she went viral in 2004 before there was ever social media like youtube, twitter, facebook etc...
She recorded a really stupid song and uploaded it on a forum and it went from there, she was posted on all kinds of blogs, message boards but not for good reasons. She was bullied and made fun of worldwide, people were pasting her face on big foot sighting magazines, a field of cows, vida guerra and even jay leno cause of her big chin.
She always wanted to make actual good music but got known for a stupid song she did for fun and that was what made her go viral. Strangely for years people wanted more music from her, people still to this day on her instagram say this is a part of their teens and also said they remember this being played at college partys. She got a deal in 2005 with an indie label where she lives but got fucked over.
In 2010 she came back but to make decent music this time and has released 7 mixtapes so far and lots of videos, one recently made its way around the web cause it stars Rockin Demo of the rockin matthies. If you dont know who that is, its the woman from those two ugly crackheaded hicks that dance grossly. Her most recent mixtape 'So Joelle - Vol.3: Just Call Me Joe' Is her best work.
